At Empower Mediations we use our skills to assist you to resolve your dispute without recourse to costly and lengthy litigation. We do this by guiding you through a proven process to help you to identify the issues in dispute, share your needs and interests, generate options, and negotiate effectively to facilitate an agreement and resolve your dispute. You will do this in a structured supportive environment with expert guidance by a highly qualified nationally accredited mediator.

 

We are skilled at creatively managing impasses and encouraging parties to communicate effectively, to move them towards a negotiated outcome that suits their needs and interests potentially better than a judge-made court order. We do not provide legal advice. However, because our principal mediator Danielle has qualifications in both Business Communications and Law, including a PhD, parties gain the benefit of a neutral third party intermediary who can view complex disputes through a legal lens. She empowers parties to formulate agreements that are realistic and aligned with their objectives.
